Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Most MENWEY products are eligible for return, provided the request is raised within the return window and the item meets our condition requirements below. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll confirm right away.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This gives you time to try the piece on at home and make sure the fit, fabric and color are exactly what you expected. Requests raised after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To be accepted, a returned item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and free of any marks, odors or alterations.
• Returned with all original tags still attached.
• Packed in its original packaging.

Items returned outside these conditions will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

A few categories cannot be returned, for hygiene and clearance reasons:

• Items marked "Final Sale" or bought during a clearance promotion.
• Any product with tags removed or missing.
• Gift cards.

How To Return An Item

1. Message us at support@menwey.com or +92 329 0077358 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your item is eligible and share the next steps.
3. Pack the item back in its original packaging with the tags attached and hand it over for pickup or drop-off as instructed.

Pickup & Shipping

Pickup is free of charge on all eligible returns within Pakistan. Our courier partner will collect the parcel from your provided address once your return is confirmed. You don't need to arrange or pay for shipping yourself.

Size Exchanges

Prefer a different size instead of a refund? We're happy to exchange, subject to stock availability in your requested size. If the size you need is out of stock. We'll process a refund instead so you're never left waiting.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, our team inspects it against the condition requirements above. We'll notify you by email or WhatsApp whether your return has been approved, usually within 2–3 business days of receiving it.

What Happens Next

Once your return is approved, your refund or exchange is processed according to the timelines and payment details set out in our Refund Policy.
