Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility For Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed.
• In its original condition with all tags attached.
• In the original packaging.

Items that are washed, worn, altered or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/discount promotions.
• Any item without its original tags attached.

How To Request A Return Or Exchange

1. Contact us at support@menwey.com or +92 329 0077358 within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved. We will arrange for the item to be picked up or provide instructions on where to send it.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• For orders paid via Safepay (card/online payment), refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa to the account details you provide, as we are unable to refund to a payment method that wasn't used.
• Since shipping is free on all MENWEY orders, there are no shipping charges to deduct. You'll be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s).

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size issues only, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead following the policy above.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund and you will not be responsible for any return shipping cost in this case.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve it at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process after delivery.
