Shipping Policy

At MENWEY, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and securely, wherever you are in Pakistan. This page explains our delivery timelines, charges, and courier process in full.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We deliver nationwide, across all of Pakistan — from major cities to smaller towns, through our network of courier partners.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free on every order. There’s no minimum spend to qualify and no separate delivery or handling fee is added at checkout, regardless of order value or payment method. This includes Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. No COD handling fee applies either. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we process it promptly and hand it over to our courier partner for dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Our Courier Partner

We work with Run Courier, our logistics partner, to get every order to you securely. Run Courier assigns the most reliable local courier service for your specific city, and takes responsibility for the safe, secure handover of your parcel through to final delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details with you so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you have any questions about your shipment’s status, our support team is always a message away.

Delayed Or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, regional disruptions, incorrect address information or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate with our courier partner and make it right.
